Chef & Proprietor Luke Keller

Luke has tenured at multiple Dallas institutions including Hotel Zaza, Chamberlain’s Steak and Chop, and the Dream Cafe restaurant group. Luke studied at the Le Cordon Blue of Austin while apprenticing under sushi chef Wonji Oh. Luke also apprenticed under chef Kelly Cameron and chef Grant Morgan. It was at Hotel Zaza where Luke had the honor of cooking at the James Beard house in New York City. Luke’s roots are based in new American and far eastern cuisine. Luke utilizes only the freshest and highest quality ingredients, and does everything to showcase those flavors.

 

Chef Jeff Dugger

Chef Jeff Dugger began his restaurant career in the Central Valley of California, and worked his way through college at Humboldt State University by running local restaurants. Jeff then opened Montana’s American Grill in San Diego. Montana’s ran for 12 years and won accolades for bold flavored hardwood smoked and grilled foods. Jeff and his family moved to Dallas 11 years ago. He has been working alongside Chef Luke Keller at LK Culinary for the last three years, executing quality events at many different venues. Chef Jeff enjoys Northern Italian, American and Southwestern cooking. Jeff and his wife Rebecca would love to be a part of your next event!

 

 

Chef Roger Garza

His introduction to the world of culinary arts began in Sao Paulo, Brazil in the early 90’s. There he learned classic culinary traditions along with various Brazilian cuisines.Upon graduation, Roger moved to NYC and worked at various storied steakhouses and restaurants. In 2014, Roger moved to Dallas to pursue a career as a private chef. Roger enjoys pairing classic European techniques with a South American twist.

 

Chef Emmanuel Garcia

Born with a spatula in his right hand, Chef Manny spent his early years in the culinary arts apprenticing under chefs in the Coachella Valley. He was influenced by Latin cuisine while in culinary school in Baja. Moving to Dallas, Chef Emmanuel branched out to more classical European cuisine tenuring at establishments such as Princi Italia, After apprenticing under chef Luke for 2 years in the private chef arts, chef Manny now enjoys cooking regular weekly meals for clients and putting on fabulous dinner parties to make sure your occasion truly special.

 

Chef Kelly Cameron

Chef Chef Kelly Cameron graduated from the prestigious California Culinary Academy, this prepared him to work at many high end restaurants like the Green Room, Melrose, Patrizos, The mansion on turtle creek, Coyote Cafe and the most recent Eddie V’s. After decades in the corporate culinary world he has joined the ranks of Dallas’ premiere private chefs, his most fulfilling part of his career so far. This allows him to get back to cooking real food for real people, which can bring you a better than restaurant experience. The farm to plate movement was great but Chef Kelly Cameron will bring that into your home.
